Today at the dollar store (Dollar I was introduced to this organization. Maybe this coming Fall or Spring (or sometime in the future) She Speaks could make this their charity project? Find ways to assist the organization by donating time or supplies as a club? Maybe do a fundraiser for them?
At the store they are requesting donations of a personal care or beauty item that goes gift bags for women who have children in 3 day care centers & two women's shelters. The gift bags are given to these mothers on Mother's Day. Mothers that are beneficiaries of this act of kindness are women who suffer financial burdens, illness, critical quality of life issues, or a tragedy.
